The midfielder wants the Hatters to start winning right away.
Jordan Clark, a midfielder for Leicester, maintains that the team’s goal is to win the Championship title the next season in order to ensure that Town’s stay in the lower division of English football is temporary.
Even though the Hatters made every attempt to stay in the Premier League, they were ultimately unsuccessful and were relegated along with Sheffield United and Burnley, two other promoted teams. Now that the new season will begin on July 2 with SkyBet, Rob Edwards’ team will be hoping to make an instant return to the promised land. Clark, who is keen to give the top league in international football another shot, is hoping to accomplish exactly that.

“We’ve talked about it, this is the players’ mentality,” he stated. You know what, we really need to focus on the Championship right now. We must be up there, make sure we’re doing it, arrive in the preseason, give it our all, and prepare to attack. We’re going to try to win the league, so that has to be the goal for preseason, the manager has already told me.

“All we need to do is look ahead and give this team and these supporters an unforgettable season in 2019.” We need to make sure we’re vying for the league title and automatic spots because we’ll be much more formidable.
Clark is hoping the majority of the team stays at Kenilworth Road for a second chance to escape the Championship, even though he is aware that there will be a few departures. Ross Barkley has already been linked to a move to Aston Villa, and Alfie Dought and Elijah Adebayo are just rumored to be intriguing other clubs.
He went on, “Hopefully so. It will undoubtedly be difficult to hold onto a few players since they have performed so well in their Premier League debuts. However, they must offer the correct compensation for the players we have because it is evident that they have improved greatly this season. It should be an interesting experience, but we will undoubtedly improve if we stick to our basic values and try again the following year.

Having received incredible ovations after each of Town’s 38 games this past season, Hide Ad Clark is also determined to give back to the Town supporters for their steadfast support in the top division. “We’ve said it all year, this is a special, special club,” he continued. No team, in my opinion, will have that many supporters after every game; not even in our poor performances; not a single fan has ever left a home or away game. I shall never forget the Brentford game, which ended in a 5-1 loss. We were terrible; we didn’t deserve their praise, but they did, and it’s such a unique place.
