A blow for the Raiders with forward leader Elliott Whitehead forced to withdraw from Sunday’s clash against Cronulla due to a calf injury.
Whitehead’s withdrawal sees Zac Hosking promoted to the starting side and Corey Horsburgh join the bench for his first game of the season.
The Warriors will again be without Dylan Walker for their game against the Knights, with the utility failing to overcome the ankle injury that ruled him out last week.
The Knights have injury concerns of their own with centre Dane Gagai dropping out of the side on Saturday due to a medical condition.
“Dane has a medical condition he is working through but we expect him to be available for the Dragons next week,” coach Adam O’Brien said.
On Good Friday, Bulldogs star Josh Addo-Carr was sidelined at half-time for the second time in as many games this season, while Rabbitohs winger Alex Johnston also failed to finish the match.

Addo-Carr was ruled out after being concussed in a trysaving tackle by South Sydney pair Isaiah Tass and Latrell Mitchell on the last play of the first half.
Addo-Carr, who was making his return after suffering a shoulder injury in the opening round match against Parramatta, was ruled out at half-time after displaying category 1 HIA symptoms.
He appeared to have collected Mitchell’s hip as the Souths superstar came across in defence to help Tass bundle his good mate into touch just before the tryline.
Addo-Carr is likely to also miss next weekend’s match against the Roosters due to the NRL’s 11-day stand down policy.
The Rabbitohs lost Johnston eight minutes before full-time with a hamstring injury.
Meanwhile, Titans superstar David Fifita is set to return from a pectoral injury for his first NRL game of the season.
Fifita suffered a pectoral injury during the pre-season and has missed the Titans’ opening two games against the Dragons and Bulldogs.
After initially being named 18th man for Saturday’s clash against the Dolphins it has now been confirmed the Maroons Origin star will come into the game-day squad.
Fullback Jayden Campbell is also back on deck after returning via Tweed in the Queensland Cup last week after suffering a dislocated patella in August last year.
The Titans have lost Keenan Palasia after he suffered a quad strain during the week at training.
Panthers superstar Nathan Cleary has been sidelined by a hamstring injury suffered against the Broncos in Round 3 and joins a long list of frontline talent missing in Round 4.
After leaving the field in the 71st minute of the victory over the Broncos, coach Ivan Cleary has confirmed the injury isn’t long-term but said their star halfback could be rested until Round 7, with the club having a bye in Round 6.
“It’s not too bad, that’s the pleasing thing,” Cleary said on Tuesday.
“He felt the same thing last year before he actually did it properly.”
The Panthers have also lost Scott Sorensen with scans revealing an MCL injury which will sideline the representative forward for at least the next couple of weeks.
Confirmation of Cleary’s injury comes after the Eels announced Mitch Moses is set to miss up to eight weeks after fracturing his foot against the Sea Eagles.
The Sharks have been dealt a triple blow to their middle forward unit, with Dale Finucane, Toby Rudolf and Royce Hunt all out after picking up injuries in Round 3 and joining prop Braden Hamlin-Uele (knee) on the sidelines.
Hunt is set to miss a month after straining his calf while warming up mid-game last week, while Rudolf will miss 3-6 with an ankle injury and Finucane between a fortnight and a month with a fractured eye socket.
In addition to the loss of Reece Walsh for 4-6 weeks due to a facial fracture, the Broncos will be without back-rower Brendan Piakura for a month after he sprained his ankle injury at training on Tuesday.
Representative prop Lindsay Collins missed the Roosters’ Thursday night showdown with the premiers after picking up a hamstring injury last week and is joined in the rehab room by Sandon Smith (elbow) and Billy Smith (ankle).
Raiders outside back Albert Hopoate is expected to sit out just one week after suffering burns from a cooking accident, with his loss somewhat offset in Round 4 by the return of Seb Kris from a concussion stand-down.
Warriors utility Dylan Walker is a late withdrawal for the second week running as he continues to battle an ankle injury but Andrew Webster’s men do welcome back hooker Wayde Egan (elbow) and forward Marata Niukore (foot).
Cameron Munster (groin), Joe Chan (hand infection), Reimis Smith (rib), Christian Welch (concussion) and Nelson Asofa-Solomona (hamstring) are all expected to be available for selection following the Storm’s Round 4 bye, with Sua Fa’alogo (ankle) likely to be available in Round 6.
