For Luton Town, Rob Edwards
In the summer transfer window, Luton Town is interested in signing Dijon FCO’s Cyriaque Irie, a winger.
As to a report published by Get French Football News, AC Milan has allegedly already had a bid for the 19-year-old rejected.
Irie, who was capped at the youth level in his native Burkina Faso, just signed for Dijon last summer after leaving Real du Faso.
After that, the young player had a solid first season for his new team, making 27 appearances across all competitions and contributing three assists along with seven goals.
In the French third division, his efforts helped Dijon finish in fourth place, five points outside of the promotion spots.

It appears that this is beginning to draw notice in the winger, from other parts of Europe.
Luton Town expressing curiosity about Cyriaque Irie
According to this most recent update, the Championship may be Irie’s next summertime destination.
This is because it’s believed Luton Town is monitoring the winger’s development in anticipation of making a move to recruit him.
The youth may not only be of interest to the Hatters, though, as AC Milan appears to be interested in hiring him as well.
The Italian powerhouses have already had a €3 million offer for Irie rejected this summer, according to a report from L’Equipe.
Naturally, Luton will be trying to recover from their one-season stint in the top division, which ended with their relegation from the Premier League to the Championship at the end of the previous campaign.
The Hatters have not added a player to the first team this summer, despite manager Rob Edwards agreeing to a new, long-term deal at Kenilworth Road.

After only one season at Dijon, it is said that Irie is eager to move on this summer.
His current deal, however, still has two years left on it, thus he may stay in France till the end of the 2025–2026 season.
Dijon will therefore have some wiggle room to haggle over any offers made for the winger during the current transfer window.
Something of interest for the Hatters to think about
It does seem like a compelling target that Luton would be interested in during the summer transfer window.
Since he has just been playing in the third division of French football this season, he is still in the very early stages of his career, so joining a Championship squad that is vying for promotion would be a significant step forward.
After all, one could argue that they already have enough wingers on the roster with players like Andros Townsend, Tahith Chong, and Chiedozie Ogbene.
