Caitlin Clark is all business for her ninth career WNBA regular season game.
Clark’s Indiana Fever squad are hosting the Seattle Storm at home on Thursday evening.
And while the 1-7 Fever are currently losing to the Storm, it isn’t because Clark hasn’t brought her shooting ability to the floor.
Clark currently has 10 points on 2 of 4 from three point range.
She also picked her third technical foul of the season, after getting into a heated exchange with Seattle Storm player Victoria Vivians after her second made three.
And Clark didn’t like whatever was said, because she got right in Vivians’ face and offered her a few words in response.
Ultimately, the two players got chest to chest for a moment before they were separated by Clark’s teammate, Aliyah Boston.
Both Clark and Vivians were issued technical fouls as a result of the altercation.
Clark is clearly keen to stand on business this evening.
WNBA legend Swin Cash sparked a rather heated discussion after she addressed the controversial narrative that many players in the league are hating on Indiana Fever rookie Caitlin Clark.
In a recent event, Cash was asked about the buzz surrounding Clark and how several WNBA players–rookies and vets alike–seem to target her on the court and off it with some snide commentary,
Cash argued that she doesn’t see it that way, adding that she believes players are appreciative of what she’s done for the game. But that won’t stop anyone from trying to beat her.
