Usher had a close call but successfully avoided a medical emergency during a recent concert in London.

The “Confessions” singer has been feeding a female audience member a cherry during most of his shows over the past few years, including his “Usher: Past Present Future” tour and his Vegas residency.

During a stop in London, the singer found a fan to feed a cherry to picking a woman near a barrier between him and his fans.

In the video posted to X, the singer can be seen talking with a woman who tried repeatedly to get his attention before the singer realized the severity of the situation.

“Oh [expletive] you’re allergic to cherries, damn,” Usher said. “Anybody got an EpiPen in this [expletive]?”

He apologized to the audience member and then hugged her before continuing with the show.

“We almost had an emergency in here,” Usher said.

Usher was also in headlines recently after he was a little “Caught Up” after feeding a cherry to a certain Pennsylvania pop star, Sabrina Carpenter, during his surprise performance at the 2025 Met Gala.

The “Good Graces” singer shared a post to Instagram which included a screenshot of a text from her father highlighting the incident.

“?Weird,” read the text alongside a photo of the cherry incident.

Usher apologized to Carpenter’s father in the comment section of her post.

“Apologies, Mr. Carpenter,” Usher wrote alongside a cherry emoji.

Usher, 46, is a Grammy — winning artist who is most known for songs like “Confessions,” “Yeah” and “U Don’t Have to Call.”
